This dry red wine has medium tannin with lively acidity. Only red varieties are planted in the vineyard. The main one are Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Mourvedre. They share the land with Caladoc, a local grape, typical from the region. About the Winery: Domaine de la Bouissiere has been created in 1958 by Antoine Faravel.
